Main responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting at all plants in Swissmill production, such as mill plants, high-bay warehouses, packaging plants
  • Maintenance work on production and intralogistics facilities and building technology
  • Cooperation in various technical projects and commissioning of new or refurbished facilities
  • Identification of potential for improvement and implementation of measures for technical plants and operational processes
  • Coordination and supervision of cooperation with external craftsmen: Requirements
  • Basic technical training completed as an automatic operator:in, electrical installer:in or equivalent training
  • First professional experience in a similar activity is beneficial
  • Motivated to help shape the technical developments in production with our own know-how
  • Willingness to cooperate in the Pikettdienst
  • Team player: with exact and conscientious working methods as well as a high service orientation
