- You design the lessons for the Dot Painting offer professionally according to adult education criteria, taking into account the different life experiences, learning styles, and needs of the participants
- Comprehensive preparation and follow-up of the lessons are also part of your tasks
- Professional experience: in the field of adult education as well as in the corresponding subject area
- Completed vocational training (EFZ): Ideally, you have the SVEB Certificate 1 or an equivalent qualification
Main responsibilities
- You design the lessons for the Dot Painting offer professionally according to adult education criteria, taking into account the different life experiences, learning styles, and needs of the participants
- Comprehensive preparation and follow-up of the lessons are also part of your tasks
- Your joy in teaching, your commitment, and your winning demeanor inspire the participants
- Through regular coordination with the responsible contact persons of the Klubschule administration, you ensure smooth cooperation Requirements
- Professional experience: in the field of adult education as well as in the corresponding subject area
- Completed vocational training (EFZ): Ideally, you have the SVEB Certificate 1 or an equivalent qualification
- You are characterized by self-reflection and empathy towards the participants
- You carry out your work responsibly and independently
- You communicate clearly, effectively, and respectfully
