The public Spitex Wald Fischenthal is responsible for the ambulatory health care of the inhabitants of Wald and Fischenthal. Spitex employees care for their clients competently and empathetically in their own home, look after them psychiatrically or support them in everyday life. Spitex Wald Fischenthal is part of the non-profit Foundation Drei Tannen, which together with Spitex runs the newly built Rosenthal Care Centre and offers old-age apartments with needs-based service.
