In order to strengthen our nursing teams in the Psychiatric Clinic Münsterlingen and in the outpatient adult psychiatry, we are looking for an employee pool.

The Psychiatric Services Thurgau are part of Spital Thurgau AG and offer integrated psychiatric care for all ages and for all disorders in the Canton of Thurgau.
They shall take over
- As a pool employee, you will be used during labour-intensive phases and during staff shortages. This requires a high degree of flexibility. As part of your assignment, you will be used at all stations of the psychiatric clinic and the outpatient adult psychiatry.
They bring with them
- We are addressing nurses with professional experience in psychiatry who would like to return to work as a side job or after a professional break, maternity or similar and are willing to perform assignments of different durations at short notice according to personal expectations. They work on an hourly basis with a changing workload depending on the needs of the respective stations. We are happy to explain to you during an interview the modalities of employment and assignment planning.
