Spitex Fricktal AG is an open-minded, modern and innovative non-profit Spitex. With around 100 employees and 20 apprentices, we ensure every day that people in the Fricktal can live at home in a self-determined and safe way. For more than 600 customers, we provide around 140,000 assignments every year – from somatic care and psychiatric services to specialized palliative care. We are in an exciting development phase and invest in people, processes and digitalization. • Self-responsible, qualified and resource-oriented care and advice for our customers
• Needs assessment with interRAI HC, creation of care planning
• Control and monitor the care process
• Close cooperation with inter- and intra-professional teams
• Coordination and contact person for day-to-day emergency response operations

You bring that with you

• Completed training as a certified nurse/nurse specialist HF/FH or equivalent degrees
• High level of technical and social competence
• High flexible and empathetic personality
• Good computer science user knowledge, Perigon knowledge is an advantage
• InterRAI HC or the willingness to take a course
• Car driving licence
