Summary Join our Electronics Engineering team to play a key role in developing innovative electronics solutions for high-volume industrial products. You will drive the design of integrated power supply systems, leverage advanced simulation tools, and contribute to cutting-edge, data-driven engineering approaches in a collaborative international environment. What You'll Do • Design and develop electronics for high-volume industrial products. • Create innovative solutions for integrated power supply systems. • Use simulation tools to validate concepts, designs, and engineering decisions. • Provide technical leadership and coordinate development activities with internal and external partners. • Ensure high quality standards throughout the entire product development lifecycle. • Support products from concept development through market launch. • Drive continuous improvement of engineering methods, tools, and development practices. • Contribute to the adoption of modern data-driven and AI-assisted engineering approaches. Who You Are • Degree in Electrical Engineering (ETH, University, or University of Applied Sciences). • Strong expertise in power electronics and analog/digital circuit design. • Several years of experience in electronics development within an industrial environment. • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset. • High level of personal initiative and passion for innovation. • Knowledge of systems engineering and control systems is an advantage. • Hands-on experience with simulation tools such as LTspice, TINA, and PLECS. • Fluent in English, German is a plus Who We Are At Belimo, we take pride in making our company a rewarding place to work.
