Main responsibilities
- Functional and disciplinary management responsibility in the aluminium assembly area for around 40 employees
- Management, coaching and coordination of subordinate team leaders in the respective sub-areas
- Continuous optimisation of processes and procedures with the aim of reducing costs, reducing lead times and increasing process reliability (focus: information and material flow)
- Ensuring the technical and organisational availability of the plant for new vehicle projects
- Overall responsibility for plant procurement projects from the concept and development phase to production handover
- Creation and preparation of investment requests, including economic evaluation
- Ensuring production capability through an effective maintenance and upkeep concept
- Building and maintaining sustainable supplier and partner relationships What we offer
Key requirements
- Support for interns and diploma students, particularly in specific plant and technology projects
- Completed technical vocational training EFZ
- Completed further education in the technical and/or business management field In-depth knowledge of welding technology
- Several years of management experience in an industrial production environment
- Proven success in cross-functional and hierarchical collaboration and communication
- Strong, practical and innovative personality with pronounced social competence
- Experience in managing technology and innovation projects
- Negotiation-level German and English language skills
