Main responsibilities
- You will handle challenging motor vehicle damages with an international reference independently and customer-oriented
- You coordinate claims handling with international partners and ensure a high level of regulation quality
- You conduct telephone and written negotiations with claimants and partners at home and abroad
- You examine liability and legal issues and work on agreement and legal disputes
- You analyze damage cases, make well-founded decisions and actively contribute your expertise to optimization, quality measures and projects Requirements
- Several years of experience in claims processing motor vehicles ideally with an international reference.
- You have fluent knowledge of German and French in word and writing (mandatory); Further language skills are a big plus
- You ideally bring the oath.
- Professional certificate as an insurance specialist or comparable training with
- You communicate clearly, securely and addressee-friendly
