Role overview
Your missions
As a customer quality engineer, you analyze complaints, take charge of problem resolution projects using appropriate quality methods and tools (Shainin, 5 WHY, 8D),
You monitor actions initiated, coordinate Quality Rooms and lead 8D meetings as well as root cause analysis,

- You have successfully completed your studies in the field of mechanical engineering or industrial engineering,
- You have solid experience in mastering quality methods and tools,
Key requirements
- You have successfully completed your studies in the field of mechanical engineering or industrial engineering,
- You have solid experience in mastering quality methods and tools,
- You have at least 5 years of experience in the technical and quality field, including 3 years in the field of customer quality and continuous improvement,
- You have followed specific training in the field of quality (i.e. 8D, VDA6.3, Six Sigma, SHAININ, ISO 9001, etc...),
- You are proficient in French (C2) and English (C1), German being an asset (B1).
