Our Raiffeisenbank Regio Altnau is a successful and locally oriented bank with headquarters in Altnau and a bank office in Bottighofen. 44 employees work for us, of which 3 are in vocational apprenticeship. We look back on more than 100 years of history – do you want to shape our future?

Tasks

• Personal and competent advice for private customers in the areas of numbers, savings, investing and pensions
• Maintenance and support of a team customer portfolio in the private customer base segment
• Actively addressing customers, customers and interested parties as well as recognizing individual needs
• Reception and host role in the customer zone
• Ensuring smooth, customer-oriented banking operations (including cash and service transactions)
• Self-employment thanks to entrepreneurial freedom

Requirements

• Completed banking training or equivalent training preferably with experience in banking
• Enjoying customer contact and pronounced service and consulting orientation
• Self-employed, responsible and reliable working methods
• Team spirit, commitment and initiative
• Rapid comprehension, flexibility and a winning appearance
