Your tasks
Administer and optimize the GMAO to ensure the reliability and quality of maintenance data.
Create, update and structure preventive maintenance equipment, ranges and plans.

- SWC in a technical field of construction (electricity, automation, heating, ventilation, sanitary, CVC or training deemed equivalent).
- Experience confirmed in the technical maintenance of buildings or in a maintenance method function.
Key requirements
- SWC in a technical field of construction (electricity, automation, heating, ventilation, sanitary, CVC or training deemed equivalent).
- Experience confirmed in the technical maintenance of buildings or in a maintenance method function.
- Mastery of a GMAO, ideally CARL Source and/or CARL Touch.
- Good understanding of preventive, corrective and associated maintenance principles.
- Technical knowledge in CVSE areas; experience or training in electricity is a real asset. Knowledge of Power BI;
- VBA or automation skills are an advantage.
- Ability to analyse technical data, develop relevant indicators and produce quality reporting.
- Relationship strength and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
