- Higher business-related continuing education (university, financial and accounting or equivalent)
- Multi-year professional experience in controlling with focus on management reporting, KPI control including recommendations for action, cost accounting and business partnering
- Extensive analytical skills, process and solution-oriented working methods and high service orientation
- High level of initiative, entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to identify and implement optimization potential
- High IT-A efficiency and sophisticated handling of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, as well as ERP systems
