Construction manager:in civil engineering and road construction Your contribution with us

• Working as a construction guide: in the areas of civil engineering, dismantling, earth construction and road construction in the East Switzerland region
• Independent handling and execution of the construction projects, as well as in the acquisition, processing of offers and preparation of offers
• Management of the undertakings involved in the construction from the start of construction until the completion of the guarantee work
• Preparation of work calculation and site results control
• Responsibility regarding construction site organization, mass production and billing as well as maintenance of work calculation
• Control of the construction process and the construction site results
• Implementation and co-responsibility of work preparation and construction site organisation
• Correct and timely massage and settlement
• Responsibility for cost, deadline and quality topics
• Collaboration and participation in innovation topics in construction (e.g. BIM)

What matters to us

• Completed basic training in the construction industry with further training for / to the Dipl. Construction manager:in and/or engineer:or equivalent
• Several years of experience as a construction manager: in civil engineering and road construction an advantage
• Convincing and safe to negotiate
• Winning personality with high customer orientation
• Very good MS-Office knowledge and experience with RIB iTWO is an advantage
• High operational readiness and reliability
• assertiveness, entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as a high goal orientation
• Teamwork and leadership experience, negotiating skills, flexibility and an independent and self-responsible working method round off your profile
