- Lead for Maintaining, Content Management and Further Development of the Intranet as well as other internal communication channels
- Responsibility for Regular Processing & Shipping of Internal Newsletters
- Mind. 5-6 years of professional experience: in the field of communication with a focus on internal communication as well as corporate communications & public relations
- Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): in the field of communication, media science or comparable training
Main responsibilities
- Lead for Maintaining, Content Management and Further Development of the Intranet as well as other internal communication channels
- Responsibility for Regular Processing & Shipping of Internal Newsletters
- Lead for the Implementation & Further Development of Internal Video Projects & Photo News
- Responsible for national and regional employees-Events
- Participation in external communication, especially. Public Relations
- Editing press enquiries & leading media clipping & address database
- Creating wordings and text modules for business purposes
- Interface and consulting function for the different business areas, especially management
- Support of marketing in creating & editing multilingual content
- Representation function in HR Communications / Employer Branding
Key requirements
- Mind. 5-6 years of professional experience: in the field of communication with a focus on internal communication as well as corporate communications & public relations
- Completed studies (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): in the field of communication, media science or comparable training
- Digital Anessness and interest in getting to know new tools (e.g. Content Management Systems)
- Self-initiative, entrepreneurial thinking and flexible and independent working methods
