• Completed studies in the field of communication, marketing, journalism or comparable training
• Sound know-how in strategic and operational corporate communication, especially in creating texts and digital communication formats
• Experience in an international, decentralized company as well as in the implementation of cross-border communication projects is an advantage
• High level of independence, hands-on mentality and the ability to prioritize and advance topics
• Enjoy working with different stakeholders and leading a small team
• Fluent in German and English verbal and written TASKS
• Overall responsibility for the internal and external communication of the Service division as well as employer branding
• Development, coordination and control of the communication strategy and measures for over 90 locations in 25 countries worldwide
• Conception and implementation of division-wide communication projects in close cooperation with Group Communications
• Leadership and further development of a small team
• Advice and coaching of managers on communication topics and crisis communication
