- Technical introduction, operation and optimization of Microsoft Copilot for M365
- Multiple years of experience in engineering and management of Microsoft 365 Office Apps in enterprise environments
Main responsibilities
- Operation, configuration and development of Microsoft 365 Office Apps including add-ins and Office for the Web
- Technical introduction, operation and optimization of Microsoft Copilot for M365
- Implementation of security, compliance and governance guidelines in the M365 and Copilot field
- Support for rollouts, migrations and introduction of new features and services
- Automation and standardization of M365 configurations with PowerShell, Graph API or Power Platform
- Support for support and adoption teams in 3rd-Level support including documentation and enablement
- Monitoring of the Microsoft roadmap in the Office Apps & AI field and derivation of best practices and recommendations
Key requirements
- Completed degree in Computer Science EFZ or degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent
- Multiple years of experience in engineering and management of Microsoft 365 Office Apps in enterprise environments
- Experience with the introduction and governance of Microsoft Copilot for M365
- Knowledge in cloud transformations, Modern Workplace and security and compliance topics in the M365 field
- Experience in 2nd-/3rd-Level support and incident and problem management
- Knowledge in automation technologies such as PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API or Power Platform
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills as well as structured work approach
