Role overview
- Patient care under supervision with admission examinations, visits, patient and family talks - Creation of case-related regulations, reports and documentation - Planning, coordination and implementation of diagnostics, therapeutic measures and exit management - Creating reports and cost-benefit requests - Contact persons for all participating professional groups and further negotiating institutions
- They're dipl. Nursing specialist FH/HF and have several years of professional experience (or an equivalent, possibly recognized training from abroad). - You have successfully completed the training as a clinical specialist/clinic specialist (CAS). - They convince with their high social competence as well as their pronounced communicative skills and are happy to work in the team – and for the team. - They are ready to take responsibility and actively participate. - They bring their own initiative and want to actively shape and develop the area. - They work exactly and reliably and are ready to go the "Extra Mile" if necessary.
