• Ensuring process reliability from production to final delivery
• Optimal warehouse management (all temperature ranges), including analysis of storage and provision capacities
• Proactive communication with internal interfaces, sales organizations and third-party service providers
• Lead, promote and demand directly subordinate employees
• Creation of operational plans, controls of the time management system, in compliance with the operating rules
• Implementation of shopfloor meetings
• Responsible for enforcing and complying with safety, hygiene and quality standards
• Participation in projects

Requirements

• 4-5 years: Professional experience in logistics
• Eidg. Professional ID card: logistics officeror specialistwoman
• Initial leadership experience
• SUVA forklift certificate
• communicative personality with assertiveness
• in German (negotiation certain)
