- Development and implementation of category strategies for service-relevant material groups (spare parts, wear parts, general inspections, services)
- Responsible for the control and further development of the BRCCs (Bogie Revision Competence Centers) for cost-driving assemblies
- Proactively co-design and further develop the product group strategy with the manufacturing plants
- Identification of cost reduction potential and implementation of continuous improvements, especially with regard to TCO optimization
- Conducting well-founded supply chain analyzes
