- You have in-depth training as a builder with proof of experience in track construction / civil engineering or an equivalent certificate of performance is required and have several years of management experience
- You have good IT user knowledge (MS Office, Abacus AbaBau)
- German as a mother tongue
- They have negotiating skills and assertiveness and are an empathetic team player who authentically represents the business interests and corporate culture.
- You hold a category B driving licence
- You keep a cool head in stressful times, are reliable and communicate addressee-friendly
