- Technical, personnel and administrative cooperation in construction sites in the area of track / civil engineering
- Support in the planning, implementation and completion of the assigned construction sites incl. AVOR, calculation, extent and accounting as well as recalculation, takeover of sub-projects or smaller construction sites not excluded
- Customer support and acquisition

- You have completed basic training or are in further training as a construction manager for Verkehrswegbau
- You have just completed your engineering studies and would like to gain experience in an entrepreneurial environment.
- You bring first leadership experience, beneficial
- You have good IT user knowledge (MS Office)
- German as a mother tongue
- They have negotiating skills and assertiveness and are an empathetic team player who authentically represents the business interests and corporate culture.
- You hold a category B driving licence
- You keep a cool head in stressful times, are reliable and communicate addressee-friendly
