- Own and manage a large portfolio of clients from post trial engagement to renewal.
- 3–5 years in account management, client success, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proven track record of efficiently managing and growing a large, diverse client portfolio.

- Own and manage a large portfolio of clients from post trial engagement to renewal.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key contacts to manage expectations and overall satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze client needs continuously to optimize their experience and pinpoint cross-sell or upsell opportunities.
- Drive organic growth actively within your segment to maximize account potential and business value.
- Engage proactively with clients flagged during health checks and monitor key metrics to prevent churn proactively.
- Lead account reviews, contract negotiations, and renewals with confidence and care.
- Work hand in hand with our Acquisition, Product, Operations, and Support teams so every client gets one seamless FELFEL experience.

Key requirements
- 3–5 years in account management, client success, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Proven track record of efficiently managing and growing a large, diverse client portfolio.
- Confidence with CRM tools (Hubspot) to keep your work organized and your clients well looked after.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset that combines a sales instinct with a real sense of hospitality — you spot opportunities to grow accounts while genuinely taking care of people.
- Excellent communication skills and the ease to connect with everyone from an office manager to a CEO.
- Energy for a fast-paced environment, paired with the patience to build relationships that last.
- Fluent German and proficient in English.
