Main responsibilities
- You ensure the supply and management of the butcher shop counter by guaranteeing the availability and the beautiful presentation of the products.
- You manage stocks and orders based on performance indicators.
- You participate in the management of freshness quality by ensuring that each product meets our quality standards.
- You advise customers and share your expertise in meat products.
- You rotate the products in order to ensure an irreproachable freshness quality.
- You help set up promotions and commercial actions. Required
- 1-3 years of experience: in the retail sector
