Role overview

Integrated with the Infrastructure department and under the responsibility of the Chief Technical Team, your main mission will be to create and manage detailed digital models throughout the building's life cycle (design, construction, operation).

Main responsibilities

  • In this context, your main responsibilities will be:
  • Manage revisions and updates to 2D plans and BIM models throughout the building life cycle;
  • Participate in updating building data (plans, BIM model) in the operational phase;
  • Produce digital models in accordance with BIM requirements throughout the building life cycle; Participate and perform Scan to BIM;
  • Conduct collision analyses and simulations to detect potential conflicts and propose solutions;
  • Create the catalogue of BIM objects and participate in updating the internal BIM templates;
  • Participate in the development of BIM procedures, in particular the management of plan update requests and the systematic storage of data and files;
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to meet BIM requirements;
  • Assist in the selection and implementation of BIM software and technologies; Assist in selecting innovative BIM tools;
  • Develop, manage and edit documents and drawings for presentations at sessions; Be able to interpret a COC or BIM charter;
