• Overall corporate responsibility for a region of 3-5 branches

• Recruitment, leadership and development of around 100 employees

• Shared responsibility for branch openings

• Evaluation of key figures and initiation of coordinated measures

• Ensuring and reviewing branch operations

Your profile

• Completed studies with a business focus or further education to / to the Federal Dipl. Sales manager/input

• Several years of professional and managerial experience in the retail trade, ideally as Area Manager

• Mobility, resilience, independence and readiness

• Entrepreneurial thinking and action

• Readiness to learn daily

• Communicative skills and an eye for the essentials

• Knowledge of German at least. Level C1, knowledge of another national language is advantageous
