• Overall corporate responsibility for a region of 3-5 branches in the area BL / AG / SO / LU (with optional extension to Ticino)

• Recruitment, leadership and development of up to 100 employees

• Shared responsibility for branch openings

• Evaluation of key figures and initiation of coordinated measures

• Ensuring and continuously reviewing branch operations

Do you already have experience as an Area / District Manager? You enter directly into leadership responsibility. After targeted, individual training, you immediately take over the management of your region and actively contribute your experience to our processes.

Are you joining as a trainee? We prepare you intensively for the role in a structured 3-step program:

• Basic phase: You will be trained in an apprenticeship branch and get to know all sales-relevant tasks from scratch in order to take over the overall responsibility of two branches for 5 weeks.

• Construction phase: In this phase, you will get to know all departments of our goods distribution center.

• Deepening phase: You accompany Area Manager to acquire all the necessary knowledge and skills. Afterwards, you take on the overall responsibility for a region for 4 weeks as a representative.

Your profile

• Completed studies with a business focus or further education to / to the Federal Dipl. Sales manager/input

• Mobility, resilience and readiness

• High motivation, independence and pleasure in entrepreneurial activity

• Communicative skills and an eye for the essentials

• Very good knowledge of German and Italian (min. B2)

Your professional experience – suitable for your start

• For direct entry as Area Manager:

You bring several years of professional and managerial experience in the retail trade – ideally you have already worked successfully as an area manager or in a comparable role

• For entry as a trainee:

You are at the beginning of your career after graduation. First practical professional experience in the retail trade is an advantage

Because we are interested in long-term cooperation. We only conclude fixed-term contracts if they are justified by an objective reason – e.g. for a pregnancy representation.
