You can look forward to this

• Learning how to prepare and prepare dishes and food in the hot and cold kitchen as well as in the patisserie area
• Learning and applying the various basic preparation types such as steaming, stewing, gratinating, grilling, sauteing and poaching
• Co-responsibility for compliance with hygiene and order in the kitchen and in the storage rooms
