- During your three-year training, you will immerse yourself in various departments and gain valuable practical experience. You will, among other things:
- Receive our customers and help them competently actively participate in consultations Support customers digitally
- Participation in the public transport subscription, language stays as well as examination and diploma costs (DELF, BEC, FIRST and SIZ etc.) Monthly meal allowance And much more
Main responsibilities
- During your three-year training, you will immerse yourself in various departments and gain valuable practical experience. You will, among other things:
- Receive our customers and help them competently actively participate in consultations Support customers digitally
- Assist in the preparation of banking transactions Pre- and post-process administrative tasks Help organize customer events
- You will be accompanied by experienced practical trainers who will encourage and support you.
- You can complete your apprenticeship with us with or without a vocational baccalaureate. Requirements:
- School-related:
- Completed secondary school A or high school with good results
- Very good knowledge of German (oral and written)
- Enjoy developing yourself in foreign languages (English and French).
- With vocational baccalaureate: very good performance and passed entrance examination
