- During your 3-year training you will get insight into different departments and be used in the following working situations: receiving and forwarding banking customers advising banking customers
- supporting banking customers via digital channels assisting in the consulting of customers
- preparing and processing banking operations administratively using our French-speaking office Courtepin
- In the various departments you will be accompanied and supported by competent and experienced practical instructors.
- You can complete the training with us either in the EFZ extended basic education or with professional maturity. Requirements
- Completed secondary school with good grades
- Enjoy customer contact and work in different teams Interest in banking and economic relations Interest in handling digital media
- Communication skills, reliability, willingness to learn and commitment
