- During your three-year training, you will gain insight into different departments and will be used in the following work situations:
- Receive and advise bank customers (private customers, investment customers, corporate customers)
- Assistance in advising customers (private customers, investment customers, corporate customers)
- Supporting bank customers via digital channels Assistance in advising customers
- Prepare and process administrative banking operations Collaboration in marketing
- In the various departments, you will be accompanied and supported by competent and experienced practical trainers.
- You can complete the training with us either in the EFZ advanced basic education or with vocational maturity. Requirements Higher secondary school E or P
- Professional qualification: Very good school grades in E and good school grades in P
- Enjoyment of customer contact and work in different teams, communication skills
- Interest in banking and economic connections Interested in dealing with digital media
