Tasks

• You are responsible for 1st/2nd level support for SAP key users and users according to the incident process (Jira) with a focus on SAP Retail (MM/SD) as well as for cross-departmental topics
• You support the SAP Basis team in system monitoring, SAP user management and other operational tasks
• You create, maintain and update documentation to ensure know-how transfer
