Requirements
- For this versatile function, we are looking for an experienced anesthesia care expert who can safely move around in the anesthesia and surgical environment as well as in the care and monitoring of patients on an IMC.
- Diploma as nursing specialist HF/FH with completed NDS HF anesthesia care or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
- Several years of professional experience and high professional competence in anesthesia care
- Experience in the care of IMC or intensive care patients is beneficial
- Enjoyment of a combined activity with approximately 50% use in the operating room and 50% at the IMC
- Strong clinical observation and assessment competence as well as high reliability of action
- Self-employed, responsible and structured working methods
- Flexibility and pleasure in working together in an interprofessional and dynamic environment
- Willingness to actively shape the interface between anesthesia and IMC and to contribute to the further development of the corresponding structures and processes
