An Occupational Health and Safety Specialist (OSS) - (80-100%) at the Mobility Service in Sion Your tasks:
You are the OHS reference for a service of more than 300 employees with various professions.
With the Directorate, managers, HR and field staff, you pilot and coordinate the approach to accident, health and occupational disease prevention You identify and assess hazards and risks associated with work activities and situations, including field visits and job analyses You carry out and update the risk analyses and propose preventive measures, which you accompany the implementation and ensure follow-up You advise the Directorate, HR, managers, and employees on all issues related to occupational health and safety You analyze accidents, incidents and near-accidents, identify their causes and propose the necessary measures You organize staff training and awareness and develop a culture of prevention and safety You ensure the monitoring of OHS actions, documentation and reporting to the Directorate You collaborate with the cantonal administration's internal services, OSH specialists and external partners
