Description of post

As a Maintenance Officer, you ensure the good condition of the installations, equipment and interior and exterior spaces. Thanks to your work, the restaurant remains functional, secure and welcoming – for both guests and the team.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily checks and minor repairs
• Repair or replace simple components (bulbs, seats, handles, small failures)
• Maintain outdoor spaces: entrances, bins, parking
• Monitor equipment and report any anomalies
• Support the cleaning team for certain technical tasks
• Meet hygiene, safety and maintenance standards
• Coordinate with external technicians if necessary

Qualifications required

• Basic maintenance interest or skills
• Responsible, autonomous and proactive attitude
• Good organization and focus
• Basic knowledge of safety rules
• No experience required — complete training provided
• An experience in maintenance or DIY is an asset
