Tasks
- You plan and develop the annual learning offer of the Brack.Alltron Academy and ensure its quality
- The operational organisation of our learning opportunities is your responsibility – from rooms and infrastructure to materials, catering and participant support
- You organize the monthly welcome days for new employees and carry out individual program points independently
- As a Business Process Owner, you will oversee and optimize our Learning Management System including roles, permissions, data quality and user experience.
- Learning opportunities are published by you in the LMS, configured and controlled with regard to registrations, capacities and implementations.
- You design digital learning modules, create storyboards and implement e-learning including SCORM configuration and testing
- With meaningful evaluations you create transparency about the use, effectiveness, costs and capacities of our learning opportunities
- With target group-oriented communication and learner marketing, you make internal learning opportunities visible and attractive
- You accompany two learners professionally, plan their work assignments and support them in their development Requirements
- Completed basic commercial education or a degree in business administration, pedagogy, adult education or a related field
- Three to five years of professional experience in a comparable function in the educational or personnel development environment
- Experienced use of learning management systems as well as enjoyment of the further development of digital learning processes
- Experience in the design and implementation of digital learning content including SCORM configuration
- Very good user knowledge in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Stylistic German at at least C1 level
- Knowledge of French or English is beneficial
- Independent, structured and forward-looking working method with a high level of initiative
- Strong organisational and coordination talent as well as a high level of service and quality awareness
- Professional communication, confident appearance and pleasure in working with different stakeholders
