Company and context
- As part of the reorganization of our Training Centre, you will manage the training facility of the Nant Foundation.
- In close cooperation with the Human Relations Directorate, to which you will be attached, you will participate in the definition and implementation of the training policy, coordinate the entire training process (planning, organisation, administrative and budgetary monitoring, reporting) and ensure that the institution's skills development needs are met.
- You will also coordinate with the Institut de Formation du Haut-Léman (IFHL) and represent the Foundation within this body. WE OFFER
