Within 12-18 months you will be comprehensively prepared for your future leadership role.

Main responsibilities

  • Customer-oriented management of the branch
  • Responsibility for the freshness, quality and availability of the products
  • Responsibility for the management and development of the area managers, department heads and employees as well as for the promotion of young talent Achieving sales and cost targets Ensuring the defined processes Requirements
  • Ideally more than 3 years of professional experience: in the supermarket sector
  • Completed basic or further training: in retail or an equivalent training in the food sector
  • Several years of professional experience in a management position
  • A higher level of further training (preferably retail specialist, hotel management school or other HFP) Enthusiasm for retail
  • Enjoyment in leading and supporting employees
  • Strong customer orientation and convincing demeanor Commitment, resilience and flexibility
  • Targeted support: Supporting our employees at all levels with targeted personnel development measures
