- You support hardware lifecycle management from deployment to output to take back laptops, headsets and other IT tools
- You maintain inventory and device data and help manage our hardware inventory
Main responsibilities
- You support hardware lifecycle management from deployment to output to take back laptops, headsets and other IT tools
- You maintain inventory and device data and help manage our hardware inventory
- You process hardware assignments and support employees in the installation, commissioning and exchange of their IT work equipment
- You carry out standardized hardware work and document your activities according to the defined processes and guidelines
Company and context
- Prepare hardware and accessories for new employees and support you in the organization and implementation of the Welcome Day
- You check devices for operational readiness and support them in reuse, repair or professional disposal
- You create and maintain user manuals, knowledge articles and ICT documentation in Confluence Requirements
- You are completing a degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable discipline
- You have basic knowledge of hardware, Windows and Microsoft 365 and are interested in ICT support
- Ideally, you could already gain initial experience with Jira, Confluence or a comparable ticket system You communicate stylishly in German; English skills are beneficial
- You meet employees in a friendly, professional and service-oriented way and enjoy direct exchange
- You work reliably, carefully and structured and bring a high level of learning and team skills
