- As a member of the permanent staff, you work in a department in the medical field 1B and accompany FaGe learners individually and professionally based on their practical assignments.
- You plan, accompany and reflect on learning processes at eye level
- You benefit from targeted professional and pedagogical training
Main responsibilities
- As a member of the permanent staff, you work in a department in the medical field 1B and accompany FaGe learners individually and professionally based on their practical assignments.
- You plan, accompany and reflect on learning processes at eye level
- Practical training situations are designed according to the Cognitive Apprenticeship Model (CAS)
- Together with those responsible for education, you develop a learning and working community (LAG) – practical, effective and future-oriented
- You carry out location determinations and document learning progress
- You actively promote an open learning atmosphere and work closely with the interprofessional team Requirements
- Completed training as a health specialist / health professional EFZ with professional experience in the acute hospital, ideally in the surgical field
- Further education (SVEB certificate or willingness to complete it)
- Joy of accompanying and developing young people in a dynamic environment
- Communication strength, team orientation and a high level of responsibility
