Tasks

The focus is on the personal care of VIP guests as well as the coordination of all relevant services, including:

• The processing and implementation of individual VIP guest wishes in close coordination with all participating departments
• The use of guest information, preferences and feedback for the targeted further development of the VIP Guest Experience
• The preparation of the daily VIP report as well as planning and preparation of the VIP Guest Amenities before arrival
• The support of VIP guests on site including In Room Check in and Check out as well as solution-oriented treatment of complaints with comprehensible documentation
• The organization and support of special VIP events and delegations as well as participation in the Private Butler Service of the Top Suites

Requirements

• Completed training in hospitality or catering
• Professional experience in a comparable function ideally in the 4 to 5 star hotel industry
• Very good IT knowledge and safe handling of digital guest systems
• Independent structured and resilient working method with high service orientation
• Sovereign appearance Discretion and pronounced hosting
• Stylistic German as well as very good English skills other languages are advantageous
