Position description The Expropriation Commission is aware of all the questions of estimating that the Expropriation Act does not fall within the jurisdiction of another authority, as well as claims for compensation for material expropriation.
It also exercises the powers conferred on the expropriation judge by other provisions of cantonal law, either formally or by equivalent expressions (art.
3), such as claims for compensation from a neighbour or neighbour under the Planning and Construction Act.
Profile desired
- The Judicial Council is seeking a vice-president or vice-president who holds a lawyer's, a bachelor's or a master's degree in law, or has experience in the judicial field, with knowledge of the administrative law of the Fribourg region, particularly in the fields of construction and spatial planning (planning).
Some availability for attendance at meetings and for drafting is required.
