What you move

• Rock the operational transport business and lead your chauffeurs and dispatchers
• For the achievement of the annual goals, the compliance with the budget and the implementation of the legal requirements you ensure reliable
• Our goal is to always deliver first-class work and ensure that our customers feel well looked after – and you are responsible for that.
• In the fleet definition you get involved, take care of the vehicle procurement and plan the maintenance
• By optimizing your orders, you ensure that the vehicles are always fully utilized.
• Offers, complaints and reporting are in the best hands with you – you never lose the overview

Why do you succeed?

• You have completed training and proven professional and managerial experience in transport
• Ideally, you have the driver's license Kat. C in the pocket
• In the region you know well and generally have a geographical talent
• The safe use of modern means of communication (e.g. MS Office) as well as your immaculate knowledge of German make you strong in communication, other languages are a plus
• You work reliably, accurately and quickly adapt to new challenges
• Even if it gets stressful, you stay cool and keep track.
• You are also motivated to break new ground with the team and actively participate in changes
