The Office for the Environment (AFU) is committed to a careful handling of the environment and a sustainable use of natural resources. Accounting in the Central Services department is responsible for the accounting of various offices and departments of the Department of Construction and Environment. In future, the accounting of the AFU will also take over the accounting tasks of the Building Construction Office.

What to expect

• Processing of accounting tasks during the accounting year
• Consolidating and preparing financial indicators for under-year reporting and financial statements
• Operational cooperation in budgeting, financial planning and clearance of accounts
• Conceptual cooperation in process optimizations and SAP extensions
• Management and control of all debtors and creditors
• Participation in standardization and digitalization projects in accounting

What sets it apart

• Basic commercial and accounting training
• Several years of professional experience in the areas of debtors, creditors and ledgers as well as ideally in the construction and real estate sector and in construction and project accounts
• Good knowledge and experience in SAP and MS Excel
• Interest and experience in working in SAP extensions and digitalization projects
• Strong service orientation and good communication skills
• Teamwork, flexibility and security in dealing with digital work equipment
