Main responsibilities
- You take over the personnel management and support of the learner health (selection, introduction, learning support, evolutionary discussions, etc.).
- You plan and coordinate the practical training of the health professional as well as the assignments of the learners and ensure the training quality in the area of care.
- You supervise and coach our vocational trainers, plan and carry out further training and ensure their vocational pedagogical competence.
- You actively participate with the Training Team Care in the development, evaluation and further development of cross-location training concepts in the area of care.
- You will work in interdisciplinary and project-related teams and actively participate in specialist meetings.
- You participate in the strategic planning of young talents and in educational marketing and represent the management of vocational education and training in committees and external events. Requirements
