• Planning, developing and implementing introductory, specialist and sales training
• accompany new employees during their training and ensure a successful start
• Coach employees in everyday work and support them in their professional and personal development
• Developing and continuously optimizing modern training and learning concepts as well as training materials
• Analyze quality and performance indicators and derive targeted development and training measures from them
• accompany the introduction of new products, services and processes with suitable training concepts
• actively participate in projects and contribute your ideas for the further development of our customer center
• If necessary, work operationally in day-to-day business and advise our customers competently on basic banking products via video and telephone.

You bring

• Several years of experience in customer service, ideally in the financial industry
• Experience in training, coaching or employee development
• adult education training (SVEB) or equivalent qualification
• Negotiation-proof knowledge of German and French in words and writing as well as the ability to conduct training and coaching in both languages
• Joy in getting people excited, motivated and sustainably developed
• a convincing communication ability and a secure appearance
• an independent, structured and solution-oriented working method
• the willingness to commute regularly between the Gümligen and Biel sites
