Contacts
- point for authorities and external bodies such as customs, SECO and IHK.
- Implementation of operational activities related to origin calculations in SAP GTS and Intrastat messages.
- Ensure statutory retention periods by the various divisions of the company.
- Report potential export violations or sensitive compliance issues to the Global Trade Compliance Manager.
- Close cooperation with relevant departments to ensure efficient use of SAP GTS compliance and customs modules. Who you are
- Training or further education in the field of supply chain management, international trade or a comparable specialisation.
- Several years of professional experience (ideally at least 5 years) in an international logistics, trade or industrial environment.
- In-depth knowledge of national and international regulations in the areas of customs, export control and sanctions.
- High IT affinity and very good user knowledge in Microsoft Office and SAP;
- Knowledge of SAP GTS is an advantage.
