  • Processing technical support requests by telephone, e-mail and at the technical desk in French
  • Information on repair status and opening and documentation of repair cases (RMA)
  • Performing error diagnosis on devices, components and systems
  • Testing and preparation of equipment for further processing at service points
  • Regular exchange with suppliers, manufacturers and external service points
  • Ensuring a solution-oriented and high level of customer service in the after-sales sector
  • Administrative activities for compliance with internal and external service level agreements (SLA)
  • Monitoring and controlling of the RMA processes incl. Compliance with throughput times
  • Support of the team in day-to-day support operations as well as deputies if required

  • Completed technical or commercial training (EFZ), ideally in the IT or multimedia environment
