- HVAC technical planning: design, design and variant studies of HVAC systems taking into account the specific requirements in hospital and health engineering
- Target definition & planning: coordination of sub-project objectives with client stakeholders and setting up a structured project plan including time, resource and budget management

Main responsibilities
- HVAC technical planning: design, design and variant studies of HVAC systems taking into account the specific requirements in hospital and health engineering
- Target definition & planning: coordination of sub-project objectives with client stakeholders and setting up a structured project plan including time, resource and budget management
- Standards & regulations: Ensuring that all HLK solutions meet legal and normative requirements
- Project organization & team management: Management of project teams with clear role distribution and responsibilities in building technology
- Control, Controlling & Risk Management: Monitoring appointments, costs and quality and ensuring project financing
- Communication & Negotiation: Interdisciplinary interface function with other departments, authorities and suppliers as well as negotiation with contract partners
- Project completion: documentation, technical commissioning, handover to the operation and evaluation of the "Lessons Learned" Profile:
- You have a degree as a Dipl.
- Technician HF, Bachelor FH in Building Technology, or Energy and Environmental Technology, with focus on HLK
- You bring several years of experience in hospital planning or a comparable environment (e.g. pharmaceutical industry / clean room technology) and know the specific requirements for modern energy concepts and HLK solutions in healthcare
