Increasing product stresses and higher quality demands, especially in the automotive sector, require post-processing of the cold-formed products by heat treatment. Your Tasks:

  • Required tests according to CQI9 and NADCAP, analyze and approve TUS/SAT instrumentation protocols
  • Responsibility for creating / changing process specifications for new / existing products incl. Heat treatment prototypes
  • Analyze process data and process results
  • Reviewing and improving processes Your profile:
  • Completed technical training (polymechanic, toolmaker or similar)
  • Experience in the areas of heat treatment, process optimization, quality and standards, ideally in the automotive supply industry
  • Willingness to work in the production environment and independent working methods
  • German and English in Word and Writing We offer:
