Their tasks

• You take over the first-level support in customer service.
• You process telephone and written inquiries from customers and business partners competently and service-oriented.
• They maintain, manage and update our customer database.
• They handle the general correspondence independently and reliably.
• They create customer service offers and assist in tracking them.
• They provide technical support on behalf of the management.
• They organize and coordinate internal and external events.
• You plan and schedule the assignments of our service technicians.
• They assist in the preparation and processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• They perform a wide range of administrative in-house tasks, in particular in the areas of tool, warehouse and equipment management.
• They contribute to the smooth running of daily business processes and work closely with the various divisions of the company.

• Completed training as an electrical installer or assembly electrician
• Professional experience in a comparable position is beneficial
• Team-capable, committed and service-oriented personality
• Strong social skills and pleasure in dealing with customers and employees
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Secure handling of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Knowledge of the industry software Volta and Abacus is an advantage
• Independent, structured and reliable working method
• Organizational skill as well as high customer and service orientation
• Willingness to take responsibility and actively contribute to team success
